Malachi Charbonneau has been named Vice President of Implementation Services at MedAptus.
Charbonneau is responsible for building and leading a highly effective cross-functional implementation team which prides itself in delivering value and providing a high level of satisfaction to the MedAptus customer base. He is also responsible for new implementation methodologies for the company’s expanding product line, as well as working with the senior leadership team on the organization’s strategic direction.
“This is a well deserved promotion and is reflective of his contribution to MedAptus,” said Eugene Schneider, President and Chief Executive Officer. “Malachi’s contributions have gone well beyond the management of the implementation team and includes participation in supporting the strategic direction of the company, being a valued resource to the sales team, his functional and technical expertise on charge, in depth understanding of patient assignment and our ASSIGNCARE product line, and his deep understanding of customer workflows and his team.”
Charbonneau began his career in Healthcare IT at Meditech in the interoperability group. He was hired as a Project Manager at MedAptus in 2011 and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2014. He was promoted to Implementation Director in 2015.
He received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from Bridgewater State University.
